Starting with your thoughts and ideas and looking at your lifestyle, we will work through the stages of developing an initial design concept which will show you possible approaches to consider. After this phase we move onto the design development stage. This is a more detailed illustration of your project showing form and function in scale floor plans, computer renderings, and in some cases architectural models. We then list all major work materials and finishings, and give a break down of the project cost. We will work together every step in realising the ultimate dream of a beautiful modern tropical home, villa, apartment or commercial property.
With environmental concerns a big issue, working towards a sustainable green building is very important to some. We encourage the use of environmental friendly features and can suggest many ways to work these ideas into your design.
